ORGANIZATIONAL CONSTELLATIONS
The Organizational Constellations allow access to information from the subconscious of organizations and identify hidden dynamics. It is essentially about making the diagnosis and analyzing alternatives for a possible change, with the purpose for helping the client to discover the best strategies to implement the solutions found.
This methodology has as main resource the capacity of the human being to represent behaviors and emotions belonging to systems of others. It is based on Systemic Thinking, a new form of analysis, in which it is important to look at the system as a whole.

EFFICIENCY IN SIMPLICITY
With this methodology, we work in an extremely simple and synthetic way, with few elements, but with all the information that the client possesses, whether is rational, cognitive, intuitive or emotional.
What is absolutely interesting is that the Client is left with a clear picture of his real situation, the possible solution or the path to find the solution. Everything is done in an intuitive and fluid way, which means that the solution is fully integrated by the Client and easier to apply.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
Working in a business environment requires that some of the issues be treated as confidentially as possible, avoiding the disclosure of certain details inherent in the organization.
This confidentiality is guaranteed with this methodology, since it is possible to work with very few details and without any information, in case you work with other people. Another option, will be to opt for an individual Consulting or Systemic Coaching.
