CECILIO FERNÁNDEZ REGOJO
MANAGING DIRECTOR
With more than 40 years of business experience, he has held several positions in companies from different sectors. He´s a natural entrepreneur and has created companies in different areas. Due his experience as Consultant and his enormous contact with companies in many countries, he has a broad vision of companies and organizations.
Graduated in Industrial Engineering and has post-graduation in Business Management, among others.
Cecilio is international Trainer of Organizational Constellations, mainly in Europe and Latin America – working in more than 30 countries – and has design training and university postgraduate courses in several countries. Participates actively in several Congresses as a guest speaker and catalyst.
Extensive experience as Business and Systemic Consultant, has collaborated with many nationally and international companies.
Master Trainer Certified by INFOSYON (International Forum for System Constellations in Organizations) and expert in Systemic Management methodology.
His courses and consulting can be conducted fluently in 4 languages (Spanish, Portuguese, English and French).
CHELO FERNÁNDEZ

Her career included more than 40 years of experience and different management positions in Commercial and Marketing area. In her curriculum, there are companies such as: AMC Networks International Iberia, UNICEF, BRB International, Telemundi Spain (Expo Sevilla’92), among others of equal importance. Graduated in French Language and Literature from the University of Friborg (Switzerland), Master in Business Management and Marketing (ESSEM – Madrid) and in Clinical Psychology (Univ. Miguel Servet – Health Sciences).
As Director of Talent Manager Spain, her activity focuses on the organization of training courses, presentation to companies, acquisition and moderation, design and implementation of communication in the Spanish market.
She is also Director of CF Marketing, a company specialized in Marketing Services focused mainly on: Commercial Management and Consulting, Loyalty Programs, Event Organization, New Technologies of Communication and Marketing.
